We feel that most women can benefit from using Progessence Plus. Yes, that is painting with a broad stroke, but that is how we feel. Utilizing naturally occurring 'bio-identical' progesterone derived from wild yams coupled with therapeutic Essential Oils, Progessence Plus is a powerful tool designed specifically for women.
Seriously consider transitioning your food storage to glass food storage containers (stone, ceramic or stainless steel are great as well). While some plastics are initially safer than others, with continued used or exposure to heat, they will all begin to break down and leach trace chemicals into the items stored in them.
So many of us grew up around candles in our homes, whether they were lit or just for decoration. Then a lot of us experienced (and really got into) the resurgence of the decorative candle industry with ‘Yankee’ and ‘tea’ candles. Unfortunately, there are some real problems with using candles in our homes.
Note; this is a tough one for me… Non-stick pots seem awesome (I am definitely not a fan of scraping pots and pans) but apparently they come with a hefty price tag. The chemicals that manufacturers use to create the ‘magic’ lining of nonstick cookware could end up damaging your liver or thyroid, or messing with your immune system.
“Antibacterial” may seem like a good choice for a hand or dish soap, but triclosan (the primary antibacterial component) can cause big problems. First, it kills all bacteria — the bad and the good… And when triclosans are mixed with chlorinated tap water, the combination can create chloroform, a carcinogenic gas.

From building product out-gassing to, dander, to VOC’s, the air inside your home may be a lot worse than the air outside. Here are some good ways to clean up the air in your home.
Seriously, stop using synthetic Air ‘Fresheners’! Currently there are no required safety testing for cleaning products (which includes ‘Air Fresheners’). The labeling requirements for Air Fresheners do not prohibit the use of distracting, vague “buzz words” that are not truly descriptive of the results, actions or manufacturing process… and chemicals only need to be highlighted when they will cause immediate harm (not if prolonged exposure is bad).
